About Wesbrook Place

Ideally situated at the South Campus of the University of British Columbia, Wesbrook Place is UBC’s largest master planned neighbourhood to date, located with 16th Avenue to north, Pacific Spirit Park to the east and the UBC Farm to the west. An ambitious combination of contemporary condominiums, townhomes & apartments for families, faculty, staff & students. All the residences at Wesbrook Place meet high green building standards with the Residential Environmental Assessment Program (REAP). For over twenty years, full-time residents have been calling UBC home. Higher learning

First and foremost is UBC itself, lauded as one of Canada’s top education institutions and recently named in the top fifty of the leading 1,000 universities in the world by QS World University Rankings. University Hill Secondary School, a proven prep school with high scholastic standards, is part of Wesbrook Place. Other schools nearby include University Hill Elementary with K to 7 and pre-school and Norma Rose Point School - both members of the Vancouver School Board #39 in British Columbia. Plus, Wesbrook is home for the Mozart School of Music.

With an abundance of natural green space, Pacific Spirit Park to the east of Wesbrook is prized for its thirty-three trails and 1,900 acres for dog walking, cycling, running & fresh air. Open daily from 7 am to 11 pm, Save-On-Foods as part of the Wesbrook community has same-day pick-up and delivery as well as pharmacy services. Fresh fruit, vegetables and groceries always at hand. Wesbrook Village has all your day-to-day needs in one convenient location. Cafes, medical offices or a place to drop off your dry cleaning. Over 25 shops and professional services call Wesbrook Village home. By Car, By Bus, By Uber

Wesbrook Place is approximately 20 minutes from YVR, 15 minutes to South Granville and 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver. BC Transit has frequent bus service to and from UBC with bus service every 4 minutes during peak hours. Stakeholders are pushing for extension of rapid transit train service from Arbutus Station to the UBC campus. With plenty of room to park your car, there’s great news for electric vehicle owners with two BC Hydro chargers available near the Wesbrook Community Centre.
